Ken, Ty, Chels, Hallie, Ady, and Tae stayed to the end of the Parade at Disneyland.

California trip to see Jim, Stephanie, and Addie (turning 2-years-old this week) & Disneyland with Ty & Chelsie...the 3-day-hopper tickets.

All  the girls got Rapunzel dolls and nightgowns from Ty & Chelsie

Two Special January Birthdays: Beaks & Cement Boy.
Beaks in now a teenager, who likes school, loves birds, and volunteers at a bird rescue summers.

Cement Boy turned 8-years-old and was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter-day Saints by his Dad. CB is as kind, generous and forgiving as they come. This one has a mission in this life.

Our G.I. Jane

Christine had Reserve Drill this weekend near Denver, CO. She got reservations on Thursday for a flight to Denver for the next day and a return flight on Sunday (Super Bowl) night.

Her texts: 2:20pm - "They just released us early...but waiting for someone to take me to the airport...I'll let u know if they can put me on an earlier flight or not."

3:34pm - "So did u realize the return flight has me coming home Sunday MARCH 6th not Sunday February 6th. Hopefully this doesn't cost me $500. Might be going standby...hopefully that's not expensive & they have space."

3:54pm - "It's fixed...I'll call u when I get thru security & to my gate." (So this is what happened...because she was still in uniform, a very nice Delta lady changed her reservation for free, put her on an earlier flight, & didn't even charge her to check her bag. Then going through security a TSA agent sent her through the employee line so she didn't have to wait.)

Then...
6:21pm - "This airline lady just walked up to me & gave me a seat in first class for serving. I'm ready to cry!"

Her Reserve Unit is set to deploy about August 2012.
